CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR INITIAL SHIPPING BACK TO GROVE MOTORSPORT OR OUR SUPPLIERS, WHICH IS REFUNDABLE IF RETURN IS ACCEPTED. GROVE MOTORSPORT OR IT'S SUPPLIERS WILL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES OTHER THAN WARRANTY ISSUES ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY SUSPENSION THAT APPEARS TO BE OR HAS BEEN INSTALLED OR TAMPERED WITH AND IS FOUND NOT TO BE DEFECTIVE BY ANY MEANS OTHER THAN PRODUCTION OR MATERIAL DEFECTS.
