Due to recent policy changes by our suppliers, ANY & ALL SUSPENSION RETURNS WILL BE AT THE DISCRETION OF OUR SUPPLIERS AND WILL BE CHARGED A 25% RE-STOCKING FEE IF SAID RETURN IS DEEMED ACCEPTABLE. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR INITIAL SHIPPING BACK TO GROVE MOTORSPORT OR OUR SUPPLIERS, WHICH IS REFUNDABLE IF RETURN IS ACCEPTED. GROVE MOTORSPORT OR IT'S SUPPLIERS WILL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES OTHER THAN WARRANTY ISSUES ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY SUSPENSION THAT APPEARS TO BE OR HAS BEEN INSTALLED OR TAMPERED WITH AND IS FOUND NOT TO BE DEFECTIVE BY ANY MEANS OTHER THAN PRODUCTION OR MATERIAL DEFECTS.

Customer is also responsible for initial shipping back to GROVE MOTORSPORT or our suppliers, which is refundable if return is accepted. GROVE MOTORSPORT or it's suppliers will not accept returns on ANY SUSPENSION that appears to have been installed and is not found to be DEFECTIVE BY ANY MEANS OTHER THAN PRODUCTION OR MATERIAL DEFECTS
